Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation: After submitting a service request, you will receive a confirmation email or call to confirm the date and time of your booking.
Payment: Payments must be made at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Inspection Results

  • We strive to provide thorough and accurate pool safety inspections. However, the safety and ongoing maintenance of the pool barrier remain the responsibility of the property owner.
  • Our inspection reports will outline any areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for rectification. If rectifications are necessary, a follow-up inspection can be scheduled.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we aim to ensure compliance with all pool safety regulations, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or legal consequences arising from pool barrier non-compliance after our inspection.
  • Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the total fee paid for the service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our explicit permission.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that the pool area is accessible and safe for our inspectors to carry out the inspection. This includes keeping pets secured and clearing the area of hazards.
  • Clients must disclose any known issues related to the pool or pool barrier that may affect the inspection process.

Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate service agreements if we determine that the client has breached these terms or if the inspection cannot be safely carried out.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
